I suppose it all began on my first trip to Paris in August of 2010. My aunt was marrying my (now) uncle and they decided to whisk away the family to Paris for the nuptials. Needless to say I knew the moment I saw La Tour Eiffel from our decent into Charles De Gaulle I had to be here.

So, I set about doing everything humanly possible to go to a french university and I succeeded.

 I threw caution to the wind during my senior year of high school in Annapolis, MD and applied to the Sorbonne in Paris for a three year program. Moving to a foreign country by myself and barely knowing the language might seem crazy to some but I have the upmost confidence that I am in for the biggest adventure of my life. After all, those who don’t take risks will never really live a full life!

Now, I am in the most magical city in the world, learning the ropes as I navigate La Ville Lumiere.
